Shipping and payment terms

1. Manufacturing time
   In the spirit of sustainability, the products offered here are just "refined" immediately after your order has been received. This means that a t-shirt will be printed on demand with the motive you have ordered. Of course, this is not as fast as picking the finished product from a warehouse, but it makes the whole logistics a lot easier because we offer many color and size combinations of the textiles.
   
   So please understand that it can currently take some time until the products are ready for dispatch.
   As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
   If you have chosen "pick-up at druck-drauf" as the shipping method, you will receive a notification as to when you can pick up your order.
   
   Since we do not have most of the textiles offered here in stock, it is possible that some products (mostly oversized ones) are not available directly from our sub-suppliers. In such a case, the production of your order will be delayed and we will contact you immediately.
   
   
2. Shipping
   1. Shipping within Germany with DHL
      Shortly after your order has been processed we hand over your Package to DHL and you recieve an E-Mail to confirm that your order is now on its way. The Mail also contains a link to track your order. The delivery time largely depends on the distance to the destination,
      but is usually 2-5 working days.
      
      The shipping costs are 6.90 EUR. From an order value of 59 EUR the order is free of charge!
      
      
   2. Shipping within Germany with DHL
      Shortly after your order has been processed we hand over your Package to DHL and you recieve an E-Mail to confirm that your order is now on its way. The Mail also contains a link to track your order. The delivery time largely depends on the distance to the destination,
      but is usually 7-10 working days.
      
      The shipping costs are 14.90 EUR. From an order value of 59 EUR the order is free of charge!
      
      
   3. Pick up in the store
      If you wish to pick up your order, you will receive an e-mail immediately after your order has been processed, informing you that your goods are now ready for collection. The goods can be picked up at the following store:

3. Terms of payment
   
   1. Retention of title
      The goods remain our property until full payment.
      
      
   2. Terms of payment for the payment methods offered
      
      PayPal
      In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
      The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
